About Us and our classes.

Wyndham Mixed Martial Arts, Was founded by Corey Hopkins who has trained from a young age

in many martial arts, He is a holder of a brown belt in Karate, Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and

has a background in Wing chun and Muay Thai he also holds Certificates 3 & 4 in fitness.

BOXING AND KICKBOXING

 

Boxing and Kickboxing classes run Monday through Thursdays on alternating days.

 

Kickboxing classes run on Mondays and Wednesdays.

 

Boxing classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Sparing Classes on Fridays.

 

All of our classes are focused on a self defence priciple and a goal to improve strength, conditioning and condfidence in people from all walks of life.

 

As a newcomer you will be offered a No obligation two week free trial to take part in any of these classes.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
 

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes run Monday through

Thursday everyday.

 

All Classes are gi classes.

 

We do accomodate for people who do not own a Gi or would like to train in NOGI Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

 

Our focus is to train people in the use of Brazilian Jui Jitsu for self defence, but we also provide training for the people that want to compete in Jiu jitsu tournements.

 
PRIVATE TRAINING

 

Private training sessions run on Sundays

 

They require prebooking and a charge applies to non members.

 

During private training classes you train one on one with on of our instructors, many people find this a way to better technique or to improve fittness by training cardio and strength using equipment they may not otherwise have access to outside of the club.
